Welcome to ScanGo, developed by Hype Dev! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the ScanGo app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ScanGo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our app.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ScanGo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

In no event shall Hype Dev or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ScanGo, even if Hype Dev or a Hype Dev authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on ScanGo could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Hype Dev does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. Hype Dev may make changes to the materials contained on its app at any time without notice. However, Hype Dev does not make any commitment to update the materials.

You may be required to create an account to use some features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Hype Dev immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
